Question: Can I track my order in real time?

We support our clients with an automated monitoring system of orders. After you login under 'MY ACCOUNT ', select the category 'Order Status'. There you will receive your unique code of order, the date and time of order creation, the State, and the cost of your order.

If you click on the code a window will open, showing you the details of your order. Regularly check the specific function when you expect to receive a product from us.

In any case you can contact us from the "CONTACT US" section and ask us to give you the location of your product in real time. You will only have to select the subject "Package Tracking" and give us the code of your order.
