Select from the section "CONTACT US" the topic "Problem with my order" and let us know about the problem (please click here).

If the error resulted from our warehouse and not from third parties (e.g. courier, transport agency) we will send the item as soon as possible at no charge. If in the meantime the product is not available we will inform you about the possible delivery date.
