By registering to our database you will become a valued member of RideOnShop. This membership not only allows you to buy our products fast and smoothly but also gives you the advantage of our personalized services. Following your registration process, you will never be asked again about your personal data; consequently you can complete your purchases very quickly. Also you can login from any PC, tablet or smartphone that has an Internet connection and simply by clicking "Login", you will be able to view and edit your shopping cart, store your favorite products in your wish list, view your recently viewed products, investigate your shopping history overtime and receive our newsletters by e-mail or SMS if you prefer.
How can I become a member?

Please make sure you have an active internet connection and that your username and password are being typed correctly during your login process. For your convenience, please be advised that the characters are NOT case sensitive. If however you are certain that you are not typing anything wrong, please contact us via the "CONTACT US" section by choosing the subject "Membership Account Issues" enabling us to find a solution for you. I forgot my password. What can I do?
Please avoid to register again. Instead click on "Login", which can be found on top right part on each of our site's pages, and then click on "I forgot my password". Automatically you will be redirected to the Password Reminder page in which you are required to fill in your username (if you remember), or to fill in simply your e-mail and press the relevant "Send" button. Please wait for a few seconds and you will receive an e-mail with your username and password.
Why shouldn't I create a new account in case I forget my access data?
Mainly because you won't have access to your previous orders, to your "Wish List" and to our future services/offers that we will provide to our existing members.
Can I modify my account details?
Sure you can. Through the pages of your account under "Member Data" section you can change all your data.
How do I find a product?
Ιn our e-store we have split all our products into separate catalogues so that you can easily find the product you are interested in according to its kind. For example to find a product from the family Ride On all you have to do is to simply select the specific catalogue and start browsing. If you wish to narrow down your search you may do so through the available filters. There are separate catalogues for OUTDOOR and INDOOR products. These catalogues can be found on the central bar of our site. Choosing the one that interests you, you will see all the corresponding filters and categories.
For your convenience we have created two additional catalogues. Namely NEW ARRIVALS and MARKDOWN in which you can navigate directly to our newest products and/or to our products on sale/offer.

I do not wish to become a member of RideOnShop. Can I still buy a product?
To navigate through our product’s catalogues and generally around the pages of RideOnShop but most importantly to buy our products, is not necessary to be a registered member. However we recommend you to create an account to take advantage of our personalized services.
I am not a registered member. How can I make a purchase?
Find the products that you are interested in through the search function or through the various catalogues of our store. From the product catalogues you may add into your cart any product simply by clicking on the button "Add to Cart". Alternativelly you may select the product you wish in order to view it and evaluate its features and underneath its price you will find the button "Add to cart" . Clicking on the button "Add to cart ", the item will be added into your shopping cart. From the same page, your cart automatically displays the total quantity of products inside and their total value in Euros. If you wish you can continue your purchases simply by clicking on the "Back" button or stay in your cart and click the button "Checkout". The system since you are a non registered member, will ask you to fill in your details and the shipping address, payment and shipping option information. Unless you are a registered member in which case we recommend you to Log In because all your data will appear automatically and you will save a lot of time.
As soon as you press the button "Checkout" and you complete the payment process, you will receive an automated e-mail with all the necessary details of your order. We suggest that you keep this e-mail up until the delivery of your product at your desired destination address.

If you are a registered member of RideOnShop but you haven't logged in, you can act just as a non-registered member up to the point that you press the button "Checkout". In other words, Find the products that you are interested through search function or through the various catalogues of our store. Alternativelly you may select the product you wish in order to view it and evaluate its features and underneath its price you will find the button "Add to cart" . Clicking on the button "Add to cart " similarly, the item will be added into your shopping cart. From the same page, your cart automatically displays the total quantity of products and the total cost in Euros. If you wish you can continue your purchases simply by selecting the "Back" button or stay in your cart and click the button "Checkout". At that point the system will give you the option to either continue your purchase as registered member (i.e. login) or as a non-registered member (i.e. invoice data entry, delivery address data entry and payment method entry). If you choose to log in, the system will automatically display the data stored on your membership account and finally you will only need to choose the shipping and payment methods available and to press the button "Checkout".
What is the online shopping cart?
The online shopping cart is the virtual spot where all the products you have selected to purchase appear. Until you complete your order you can add or remove products until you empty your cart.
The difference with the actual/physical shopping cart is that in the electronic shopping cart you can add products that you intend to purchase in the future and they will remain there as long as you want, only if you are a registered user. So become a member, login to www.rideonshop.com and add products to your shopping cart. The basket is automatically saved on your account, so from any devise or place in the world you will visit www.rideonshop.com (and proceed with login) you will be able to see your shopping cart, add and remove products and complete your purchases.
What is the Wish List?
In the Wish list you can add whichever products you wish to buy. The difference of wish list with the shopping cart is that in the shopping cart you can add the products you need to purchase while in your wish list you add the products you would like sometime in the future to purchase.
To transfer products from the wish list to the shopping cart and vice versa, just press the button “Add to Cart” or the button "Wish List” respectively, from the list of products you have added and these will automatically be transferred to the desired place.
How do I see if a product is available?
The availability of our products is defined by the corresponding indication 'Available' or 'Currently Unavailable' respectively.
Can I pre-order a non available product?
Of course you can. But in the case of a non available product, the estimated time of its avaiblability is determined by many factors which are not always at the discretion nor control of RideOnShop.
The product that I purchased recently is now on markdown. Am I entitled to a credit of the difference in price?
The prices that apply each time are the ones prevailing on the specific time you completed your order. To avoid such incidents we recommend you to accept our newsletters and to check regularly our “MARKDOWN” section in order to be updated about the products on sale.
What is the cost of delivery?
Free shipping to Greek destinations is guaranteed regardless of the volume or cost of your order.For overseas deliveries the shipping cost is determined based on your postal code, the courier shipping method you have requested (i.e. standard shipment/express shipment) and the volume/weight of your products. If your order is complete until 12:00 (Athens Time) and every Tuesday for DHL Freight shipping method, and there are no prevailing force majeure conditions and/or extreme weather and/or labour strikes, it will be sent as follows:
- European Countries via DHL Freight:Up to 6 business days at your place depending on your zone.
- European Countries via UPS Standard or UPS Express:2-6 business days at your place depending on your zone and the shipping method you select.
- European Countries ( remote countries* ) via UPS Standard or European Countries EPG** via Hellenic Post EPG:Apart from UPS Standard for these locations (for which the shipment time range is up to 6 business days at your site) you also have the option of shipment via Hellenic Post so as to minimize the cost of transport and at the same time to maintain a high level of service.

Which days and hours you deliver?
In case we are shipping your order, the delivery date range is from 1 to 5 business days at your site.
When the delivery is effected via transport agency, the days of receipt of your product from your local agency may be fulfilled during the operating days and hours of the Agency.
Deliveries are made daily from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. There are exceptions on occasion depending on the destination country where in some cases deliveries are also effected during Saturdays.
Can I ask to receive on a specific date and time?
Can you deliver my package to my workplace or to an alternative address?
Yes we can, as long as before completing your order, to register different shipment data from customer data. select the first field of the section Shipment Data "select Recipient" and then choose "Add Recipient". The system will recognise the new address as the destination address.
I want to buy a product and send it somewhere else as a gift. Is it possible?
Of Course. The shipping address can be different from your address, (e.g. your workplace or another recipient name with another address for gifts etc.). So for your convenience, we have created two different forms, one for Customer Data (i,e, Billing Data) and one for Shipment Data.
We would like to inform you that due to the nature and volume of most of our products, it is not yet possible to provide gift wrap service for your presents. Our company is constantly seeking the best and costwise solution so as to provide our clientele with this service in the future and a very low cost. Nonetheless all our products are sent in their box, well protected. Their box is also protected as it is covered with a special wrapping film.
I am missing one item from my order. What can I do?
The high level of customer service and customer satisfaction are top priorities for us. If you nevertheless find some omission in your order, please contact us asap.

At RideOnShop you have at your disposal the most prevalent and safest ways of payment. These are:
Cash on Delivery, online payment via credit card, bank deposit, and Paypal.
Payment via "Cash on Delivery" within Ride On Shop's delivery service is offered for free. However this type of payment when is chosen in combination with delivery via Transport Agency, then a surcharge will be applied, depending on the cost of Cash on Delivery service the Transportation Agency implies to us.

To pay in full your order you can deposit or transfer the amount to our following bank account.
Then you must send us by fax +30 (210) 9646745 or email a copy of the payment slip. Once we receive your copy, and complete the authorisation process, we will also proceed with the shipment of your products.
