MONTANA LEVEL 4 CAP
The Level 4 cap is a soft fat valve, for an average spray width of 3-10 cm (1.2 "to 4"). The spray width changes with the distance used from the object. For thinner lines, spray closer. For thicker lines, spray from a distance.
The complete Level Cap system was developed by Montana Cans to complement the excellent low pressure features, Montana GOLD. The Level 4 cap is classified as a soft FAT cap and is a clear step in the spray width from the skinny cap series. Moving from a medium to larger spray widths, it sprays lines from 3 to 10 cm on average. Developed for the Montana GOLD range for a soft, smooth and greasy paint application. It also specializes in color fading to achieve the absolute color levels while applied from medium to large surface areas with less time.
Often used in graffiti, street art, and urban art to fade one or more colors to another, the Level 4 cap can combine color with moderate spray mist, making it difficult to see where one color was applied over the other. The level 4 cap fits in female valved cans and can also be used with excellent results in the Montana BLACK and WHITE series. D.I.Y and art and craft makers should be aware that this only applies to larger surfaces. Applying to small objects up close can lead to excessive application of paint or drops. Its advantages are the use to cover larger surfaces in a shorter period of time. It is often used by graffiti artists as a filling cap for works of art that need to be completed in a short time.
