Warranty Terms for electric vehicles

The warranty is valid from the date stated on the legal receipt or purchase invoice for the product, and for one (1) more year. In order for the terms and warranty to be used, the holder must show the legal proof of purchase of the product or even a copy of it (provided the date of purchase and the document number are clearly visible). The warranty covers any malfunction or damage to electronic parts, mechanical parts and the vehicle frame, provided that it is first established that this malfunction or failure has not been caused by incorrect assembly, incorrect use or poor maintenance of the product (see Instructions Assembling and Maintenance). Product repairs take place exclusively at RideOnShop's premises on weekdays, Sundays, Sundays and public holidays between 09:30 and 16:30.

If the product is malfunctioning or damaged within 30 days of the date of issue of the legal proof or purchase invoice, and if it is found that the malfunction or damage was not caused by incorrect assembly, misuse or poor maintenance of the vehicle, then the shipping costs to and from the customer will be covered by RideOnShop. In this case, the choice of mode of transport is entirely ours.

If the product is malfunctioning or damaged after 30 days from the date of receipt of the legal receipt or purchase invoice, then the shipping costs and the mode of transport to and from RideOnShop's premises are the responsibility and choice the customer's. If the technical department of RideOnShop finds that the malfunction or damage to the vehicle is due to structural factors or defective materials then the company must repair the vehicle without incurring any financial burden on the customer.

If the malfunction or damage to the vehicle can not be restored, RideOnShop will replace the product with a new one or a similar one (in the case of unavailability of the same) with a corresponding value (upon agreement with the customer of the product) ). This term will be in effect from the date of receipt of the legal proof of purchase of the product and for 30 days.
