At Ride On Shop we always try through our products and customer service level to meet the requirements of the most demanding client and especially to address the needs of our beloved children. However, in case you simply changed your mind, you have the option to cancel your order.
You may cancel your order as follows:
a) Before your order is complete and during the online ordering/purchasing process, you can remove all products from your shopping cart with a simple click on the garbage bin icon next to your shopping cart. Alternatively you may enter your shopping cart and remove individual pieces one by one, but in such case please don’t forget to select the refresh button.
b) After your order is complete but your card is not yet charged or a deposit in our bank account is not yet made and at the same time the product has not left our central warehouse, you can notify us via the "CONTACT US" section (please click here). Please select the Theme "Order Cancellation", fill in your details and your text and one of our associates will handle your request.
c) After your order is complete, your card has been charged or a money transfer into our bank account has been effected, but at the same time the product has NOT left our central warehouse, you can notify us via the "CONTACT US" section (please click here). Please select the Theme "Order Cancellation", fill in your details and your text and one of our associates will handle your request. In this case, due to inevitable bank charges that burden RideOnShop, (i.e. money transfer-in through payment and money transfer-out through refund); a deduction of 5% of the value of the product/s will be effected.
In all other cases, the order cancellation request will be defined as withdrawal/return, according to the respective terms.
