With respect to Greek Law and compliance towards the relevant provisions concerning consumer protection by distance, we are informing you that you have the right to return any purchased products without any reasoning and ask for a replacement, within 14 calendar days from the date which you received them. In this case you are charged only the direct cost of transport of goods to and from Ride On Shop. If the reason of your return is due to our own mistake (i.e. in case we shipped another product than the one you have ordered), then Ride On Shop undertakes to assume the shipping cost of returning the product and replacing it.
To excersise your right of withdrawal, you are kindly invited to request from us the special "return form" via e-mail, fill it and send it back to us signed.
In any case, all products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, complete and without any damage, scratch or dirt and their packaging must be the same as the one which normally accompanied them in the first place (i.e. the EAN or UPC codes correspond to the contents of the package). Also their packaging must be in excellent condition (including all accessories, manuals etc). Only then it will be possible for us to either resell the returned product or to return it to the supplying company (in case of a defective product). Furthermore, in all cases you will need to return our products together with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and fiscal documents (retail receipt, consignment notice when applicable), as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.
In case a refund is necessary, and depending on how you chose to pay for your purchase and the way that the products’ return will take place, the refund will be completed within 8 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in our warehouses, and it will be executed in the exact same way that we initially received the payment.
If products returned are damaged or incomplete, Ride On Shop has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the status of the products, the time consumed for quality control, and the related shipping costs and shall thereby unilaterally and unconditionally in full or partial settlement of this claim against the customer.
Please note that your right of return of the product (i.e. right of withdrawal from the sale) stands for the purchased product in full and cannot be brought on only for a part of the product (such as accessories or product segments for example a Parental Remote Control). Also the right of return is only valid with goods delivered in their original packaging. Thus, returns in assembled products will not be accepted.
Also returns without any prior communication with Ride On Shop will not be accepted.
The return/cancellation of defective products should be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of their physical receipt. In case you missed the above period, the return cannot be accepted and it will be considered that the products were received in excellent condition.
To return a defective product, please contact our customer service team (please click here) stating the nature of the problem with your item. Our team will get back to you asap in order to guide you through the return process. Once we receive the defective product, we will go through quality control for validation of the defect/damage. If we are able to validate the defect and only if you have contacted our customer service team before you returned to us the product, we will proceed with a refund in the original form of payment used to purchase the item in the first place.

Transport costs in the event of proven dispatch of defective products will bear Ride On Shop.
If during validation of defect we understand that the damage is caused by the client due to misuse or violation of the instructions of use of the product, then the product will have to be sent back to the client and all shipping costs will bear the client. Though in specific cases as you will see in the section "Repair" from our SERVICES area, you can ask for a repair of your damaged product to our experienced technical department with a small charge depending on the defect. Please be advised that Ride On Shop does not provide warranties for the products displayed or sold through the web page www.rideonshop.com and is not an exclusive retailer of the products' manufacturers. For products with factory warranty, we can let you know where you should seek for a replacement or compensation.
Replacement of defective products is always effected in according to stock availability.

-make sure that the product has not been used at all and clearly indicate same in your correspondence with Ride On Shop
-the packaging of the product is not damaged and is in excellent condition (even if the product was unpacked) which should also be clearly indicated in your correspondence with Ride On Shop
-the product has been packed up in its boxes and is packed with all the protective materials that were originally present
-the product is accompanied with all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. retail receipt, consignment notice when applicable)
