Every child loves to have his/her own house! A place to relax, sit and play together with friends, brothers and sisters. The EXIT Beach 100 is a beautiful playhouse! With its "natural-­‐look" colours and very attractive pricing this is the ideal playhouse for both the child and for mammy and daddy!

What we Love about Playhouse EXIT Beach Red 100:

* The houses are made of dried cedar wood. This is a special kind of wood because it is naturally weather resistant, so it can easily withstand humidity.

* The cedar wood has not been treated with chemicals, which often is the case with other wood types. Cedar wood is therefore safe for the envorinment and for your children!

* The panels of the playhouse are already painted with a water based stain.

* Of course this play house conforms to the applicable safety standards (EN-71) in order to guarantee optimum playing safety for your children. Besides this the cedar wood has not been treated with chemicals andit has the pleasant feature that it does not splinter

* The house comes pre-­assembled. It is a real pre-fab system where you only have to attach the wooden panels. Even the door and windows are pre-­build! The panels have been pre-drilled as well which makes building the playhouse extremely easy.

Ride On Shop Free Shipping service is effected on a door-to-door basis. This means that there must always be a person present authorised to receive the merchantise at the building's main entrance.

At Ride On Shop we believe in homogeneous level of service for all our clients (regardless of their residence) so we provide zero shipping costs also for our clients who reside outside Attica regardless of the order quantity and/or total order value. In remote and/or inaccessible areas there may be delays.

In order to maintain the FREE shipping service, the product will be shipped from our warehouse to the warehouse of the nearest Transport Agency of your area. If there is need for home delivery then a surcharge will be applied by the transport company.

Shipping within the Prefecture of Dodecanese and island of Crete, includes a surcharge of 5€ due to expensive shipping rates for these areas as well as there is a long distance from our warehouse to Dodecanses and Crete.  

 

 

EU AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

- European Countries via DHL Freight / up to 6 business days at your site:

Do you want the lowest possible cost of transport but you can wait a bit longer? Then this is the ideal means of transport for you. We are in the pleasant position to ship all our products to most European Countries via DHL Freight. This service is valid for all orders that have been registered successfully into our system until 12:00LT of Tuesday. The shipment will be effected every Friday. For all subsequent successful orders, the delivery time shall take effect from the next week (exceptions may exist). This transport method is valid only for payment via Bank Deposit.

 

- European Countries via UPS Standard or UPS Express / 2 to 6 business days at your site:

We ship to all European Countries via UPS. The shipment cost depends on destination country, the shipping method you select (i.e. Standard Vs Express) and the volumetric weight of your parcel. It is important to know that the delivery time range of 2 to 6 business days as mentioned above, applies to all orders that have been registered successfully into our system until 15:00LT. For all subsequent successful orders, the delivery time shall take effect from the next business day.

In order for you to know in advance when exactly you will receive your product, when shipped using UPS on your behalf, you can perform a parcel tracking procedure from here.

 

- European Countries (remote countries from Greece*) via UPS Standard or EPG Countries** via Hellenic Post EPG (for hellenic post only, weight limitations up to 30kgs per package):

If you choose UPS Standard method then the delivery time range is up to 6 business days at your site. The shipment cost depends on destination country, the shipping method you select (i.e. Standard Vs Express) and the volumetric weight of your parcel. It is important to know that the delivery time range of up to 6 business days, applies to all orders that have been registered successfully into our system until 15:00LT. For all subsequent successful orders, the delivery time shall take effect from the next business day. In order for you to know in advance when exactly you will receive your product, when shipped using UPS on your behalf, you can perform a parcel tracking procedure from here.

In order to minimize the cost of transport and at the same time to maintain a high level of service, besides UPS Standard, for these particular locations we provide you also with the option of Hellenic Post EPG (Guaranteed Delivery Date). In order for you to know in advance when exactly you will receive your product, when shipped using Hellenic Post on your behalf, you can perform a parcel tracking procedure from here.

 

- Cyprus and the Balkan Countries via Hellenic Post (weight limitations up to 20kgs per package):

In order to minimize the cost of transport and at the same time to maintain a high level of service, for Cyprus and Balkan Countries you have the option of shipment via Hellenic Post. In order for you to know in advance when exactly you will receive your product, when shipped using Hellenic Post on your behalf, you can perform a parcel tracking procedure from here.

 

- International Destinations via Hellenic Post (weight limitations up to 20kgs per package):

In order to minimize the cost of transport and to maintain a high level of service, we have chosen Hellenic Post, for all International Destinations. In order for you to know in advance when exactly you will receive your product, when shipped using Hellenic Post on your behalf, you can perform a parcel tracking procedure from here.

Please note that it is very common with International Destinations to experience delays or extra costs due to custom's procedures.


- International Destinations via Transport Company (no weight limitations):

In order to minimize the cost of transport and to maintain a high level of service, we ship to all International Destinations via reputable Logistics Companies on a groupage basis. Before placing an order, please ask us about your options.

Product Return

Withdrawal/Return

With respect to Greek Law and compliance towards the relevant provisions concerning consumer protection by distance, we are informing you that you have the right to return any purchased products without any reasoning and ask for a replacement, within 14 calendar days from the date which you received them. In this case you are charged only the direct cost of transport of goods to and from Ride On Shop. If the reason of your return is due to our own mistake (i.e. in case we shipped another product than the one you have ordered), then Ride On Shop undertakes to assume the shipping cost of returning the product and replacing it.

To excersise your right of withdrawal, you are kindly invited to fill and send us with the product, the special "return form" which you will find in the documentation accompanying your product. Alternatively you can ask us to send you a scanned copy in the e-mail you have indicated.

In any case, all products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, complete and without any damage, scratch or dirt and their packaging must be the same as the one which normally accompanied them in the first place (i.e. the EAN or UPC codes correspond to the contents of the package). Also their packaging must be in excellent condition (including all accessories, manuals etc). Only then it will be possible for us to either resell the returned product or to return it to the supplying company (in case of a defective product). Furthermore, in all cases you will need to return our products together with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and fiscal documents (retail receipt, consignment notice when applicable), as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.

In case a refund is necessary, and depending on how you chose to pay for your purchase and the way that the products’ return will take place, the refund will be completed within 8 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in our warehouses, and it will be executed in the exact same way that we initially received the payment.

If products returned are damaged or incomplete, Ride On Shop has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the status of the products, the time consumed for quality control, and the related shipping costs and shall thereby unilaterally and unconditionally in full or partial settlement of this claim against the customer.

Please note that your right of return of the product (i.e. right of withdrawal from the sale) stands for the purchased product in full and cannot be brought on only for a part of the product (such as accessories or product segments for example a Parental Remote Control). Also the right of return is only valid with goods delivered in their original packaging. Thus, returns in assembled products will not be accepted.

Also returns without any prior communication with Ride On Shop will not be accepted.


Defective Products

The return/cancellation of defective products should be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of their physical receipt. In case you missed the above period, the return cannot be accepted and it will be considered that the products were received in excellent condition.

To return a defective product, please contact our customer service team (please click here) stating the nature of the problem with your item. Our team will get back to you asap in order to guide you through the return process. Once we receive the defective product, we will go through quality control for validation of the defect/damage. If we are able to validate the defect and only if you have contacted our customer service team before you returned to us the product, we will proceed with a refund in the original form of payment used to purchase the item in the first place.

Please be reminded that also defective products must be returned in perfect condition, complete and without any further damage, scratch or dirt and their packaging must be the same as the one which normally accompanied them in the first place (i.e. the EAN or UPC codes correspond to the contents of the package). Also their packaging must be in excellent condition (including all accessories, manuals etc). Only then it will be possible for us to return it to the supplying company. Transport costs in the event of proven dispatch of defective products will bear Ride On Shop.

If during validation of defect we understand that the damage is caused by the client due to misuse or violation of the instructions of use of the product, then the product will have to be sent back to the client and all shipping costs will bear the client. Though in specific cases as you will see in the section "Repair" from our SERVICES area, you can ask for a repair of your damaged product to our experienced technical department with a small charge depending on the defect. (please refer to the corresponding section for details here).

Please be advised that Ride On Shop does not provide warranties for the products displayed or sold through the web page www.rideonshop.com and is not an exclusive retailer of the products' manufacturers. For products with factory warranty, we can let you know where you should seek for a replacement or compensation.

Replacement of defective products is always effected in according to stock availability.

-the product has been packed up in its boxes and is packed with all the protective materials that were originally present


-the product is accompanied with all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. retail receipt, consignment notice when applicable)
